Author Guidelines

To facilitate the smooth submission and review of manuscripts, CENDEKIA: Journal of Science and Technology has established the following author guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure that submitted articles meet the journal’s standards for quality and relevance, and to streamline the publication process for authors.

1. Submission Requirements: Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through our online submission system. Authors must include a cover letter outlining the significance of their research, any conflicts of interest, and confirmation that the work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s style guidelines, which include specific instructions for title pages, abstract, main text, references, figures, and tables.

2. Formatting and Structure: Manuscripts should be structured as follows: Title page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgments, References, and Figures and Tables. The title page should include the title of the manuscript, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information. The abstract should be a concise summary of the research, highlighting the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Keywords should be provided to facilitate search and indexing.

3. References and Citations: References must be cited in the text using the appropriate citation style as specified by the journal. The reference list should include only those sources cited in the manuscript and should follow the journal’s formatting guidelines. Ensure that all references are complete and accurate, including author names, publication year, title, and source details.

4. Ethical Considerations: Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. This includes obtaining necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material, ensuring the accuracy of data, and disclosing any potential conflicts of interest. Manuscripts involving human or animal subjects must include statements of ethical approval. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work complies with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations.

5. Revisions and Corrections: Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on feedback from reviewers. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments. Authors should address all issues raised by the reviewers and provide a point-by-point explanation of the changes made. After final acceptance, authors will be asked to proofread the manuscript to ensure accuracy before publication.
